Mom and I visited, yet another, Aunt Stella's.  This time its in Hsinchu Sogo 1F.

They are remodeling the whole mall and now its located on the first floor toward the train station entrance rather than the previous 2nd floor.

I love the interior design.

Aunt stellas has been one of my favorite cafes since I was little. Their chocolate chip cookies and rose cookies are my staple. ( I think rose is seasonal, but Ive been pretty addicted to them)
