昨天姐姐終於回家了~~
她去韓國,臺灣,and 日本旅遊
因為我很愛吃馬卡龍 所以請她從日本帶Pierre Herme 回來
好美喔～
Pierre Herme的馬卡龍 口感好綿密 也好有層次 我覺做出馬卡龍的形狀其實不難 可是要做的好很難
對我來說一個好的macaron 一定要：
1. 馬卡龍 咬下去 中間 絕對 不可以有洞.
If there is a hole in the middle of the macaron shell, it typically means the macronage process wasnt done correctly. The consistency of the macaron batter and whether you have air bubbles when you pipe out the shape will determine if the shell is hollow or not.
2. 拜託不要有化學的味道. 有時候過度的加食用色素食用色素會導致chemical aftertaste. 也會蓋住原本該有的味道 (flavor)
(在美國買的有時後為了鮮艷的顏色而加過多的food coloring)
3. 不能死甜 是好的馬卡龍 一定可以吃出你選的口味
some macarons I have tried are only sweet, all you can taste is sugar.
which is not very pleasant because I did not just spend 3 bucks for a sugar rush
從上面第二個是Infiniment citron口味真的很好吃
口味應該是 左: Chloe, Infiniment Pistache, Infiniment Rose, Infiniment marron glace , Infiniment Citron, Infiniment Caramel
Pierre Herme 的袋子好漂亮, 有小葉子的cut out 質感很好
很簡單可是給很優雅的感覺.袋子可以形容優雅嗎？anyways it looks elegant and simple.
盒子也好有設計 蓋子裡面做一樣有葉子的cutouts可是蓋子跟leaf cutout 中間裝了一個小型的ice pack
如果沒有馬上吃可以讓他保持好口感 又不怕壞掉

AUNT STELLA'S 的餅乾
這一家 我非常非愛 我以前住台灣的時候很常去
以前媽媽點咖啡 附送兩塊餅乾我吃
第一次吃 好像是7-8歲 跟媽媽和阿姨去日本的時候
我還記得是還蠻小的店又做在像bar抬(還是我太小..反正就是高高的位子)後來服務生都穿可愛的粉紅色圍裙
姐知道我很喜歡它們的巧克力餅乾 專門帶了一些回來
又薄又脆 ~
Aunt Stella's cookies are more on the thin and crsipy side. My favorite is their chocolate chip cookies.
They also have seasonal picks like cranberry cookies - they are really good. chewy texture with a buttery cookie.
最後 也帶了 POCKY~ 
極細POCKY 是我的最愛 因為很細就感覺像可以吃的更多 哈哈
姐也買六月份的VIVI雜誌 好久沒看了~
She also brought back a few facial masks and a few other non food related goodies.
